This Privacy Policy explains how Neevid collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our AI image and video services.
1. Scope and controlling language
This Privacy Policy applies to neevid.ai, its localized pages, and the related image generation, video generation, Explore, upload, account, credit, and purchase features that we operate (collectively, the “Service”).
This document is provided in English. Any translation produced by a browser, device, or third party is provided only for convenience. If a translation conflicts with this English version, the English version controls.
2. Information we collect
The information we collect depends on how you use the Service. It may include the following categories:
- Account and identity information, such as your email address, display name, profile image, authentication provider, and account identifiers.
- Creative inputs, including prompts, negative prompts, generation settings, uploaded reference images, and other information you submit to create images or videos.
- Generated and account content, including generated images and videos, job status, generation history, public discovery metadata, and information associated with content you choose or are permitted to make public.
- Transaction information, including credit balances, credit ledger entries, package selections, purchase identifiers, payment status, and checkout records. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider shown at checkout and are not stored in full by Neevid.
- Technical and usage information, such as IP address, browser and device details, language, referring pages, request timestamps, diagnostic information, security events, and interactions with the Service.
- Communications you send to us, including support, legal, privacy, abuse, and content-removal requests.
3. Google user data
If you choose Continue with Google, Google provides Neevid and our authentication provider with basic profile information authorized by you, which may include your Google account identifier, email address, name, and profile image.
We use this information only to create or match your Neevid account, authenticate you, secure the Service, display your account identity, and provide account-related support. We do not use Google user data for advertising, sell it, or allow humans to read it except when necessary for security, support, legal compliance, or with your permission.
Neevid's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements where applicable.
4. How we collect information
- Directly from you when you sign in, enter a prompt, upload an image, configure a generation, purchase credits, publish content, or contact us.
- Automatically from your browser, device, and interactions with the Service, including through essential cookies, local storage, server logs, and security systems.
- From service providers, including Google and Supabase for authentication, payment providers for transaction status, and generation or infrastructure providers for service delivery and diagnostics.
5. How we use information
- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
- Authenticate users, maintain sessions, protect accounts, and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
- Process prompts, uploads, and settings to generate requested images and videos.
- Maintain generation history, credit balances, purchases, and customer support records.
- Operate and moderate public discovery features, enforce our Terms, and investigate prohibited or illegal content.
- Monitor reliability, troubleshoot errors, measure performance, and develop new features.
- Comply with legal obligations, enforce agreements, and protect the rights, safety, and property of users, Neevid, and others.
6. Legal bases
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process personal information as necessary to perform our contract with you, pursue legitimate interests such as security and service improvement, comply with legal obligations, protect vital interests, or based on your consent. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, without affecting earlier lawful processing.
8. Public content and Explore
Content displayed in Explore is public and may be viewed, copied, linked to, or reused by other users as the product permits. Public content may include media, prompts, generation settings, model or style information, and engagement metadata. Do not submit or publish personal information or content that you do not want others to see.
Content that is private, unpublished, expired, removed, or deleted from the interface may still remain temporarily in backups, logs, moderation records, transaction records, or systems used to meet legal and security obligations.
10. Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain account and transaction records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, comply with law, and protect the Service. Retention periods vary by data type and purpose.
Some generated assets are available only for a limited period shown in the product. Deleting a job from visible history does not necessarily erase every associated record immediately. We may retain limited records of deleted or removed content for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, accounting, backup, and moderation purposes.
11. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. These measures may include encrypted transport, access controls, authentication tokens, logging, and restricted provider access. No Internet service or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. International data transfers
Neevid and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, we use recognized transfer mechanisms and safeguards intended to protect personal information across borders.
13. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, portability of, or restriction of personal information; object to certain processing; withdraw consent; or appeal a privacy decision. You may also sign out, remove visible generation history, and disconnect Neevid from your Google Account settings.
To submit a request, contact us using the address below. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Some information may be retained where permitted or required by law.
14. Adults only
The Service is intended only for adults who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided information to Neevid, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
15. Third-party services and links
The Service may link to or integrate with third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and this Policy does not control how those third parties process information independently of Neevid.
16. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the Service, providers, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised version here and update the date above. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent before a material change takes effect.
