Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Neevid (“Neevid,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to neevid.ai and the related image generation, video generation, Explore, upload, account, credit, and purchase features (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. This document is provided in English, and the English version controls over any translation.

2. Eligibility and adults-only service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service. By using Neevid, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that using the Service is lawful where you live.

3. Accounts and authentication

Some features require an account created through Google OAuth or an email sign-in link. You must provide accurate information, keep access to your email and connected accounts secure, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

You may not sell, rent, share, transfer, automate, or create accounts deceptively, and you may not use another person's identity or account without authorization.

4. The Service and AI-generated results

Neevid lets users submit prompts, settings, and source media to generate images and videos, review generation history, and explore selected public creations. Features, models, providers, limits, prices, output quality, and availability may change over time.

AI systems are probabilistic. Results may be inaccurate, unexpected, offensive, incomplete, or similar to content created by others. Neevid does not guarantee that a result is unique, suitable for a particular purpose, free of third-party rights, or eligible for copyright or other protection.

You are responsible for reviewing every result before using, sharing, publishing, selling, or relying on it. Do not use AI output as professional medical, legal, financial, safety, or other high-stakes advice.

5. Your prompts, uploads, and outputs

You retain any rights you already hold in prompts, uploads, and other material you submit. As between you and Neevid, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you retain any rights you may have in generated results. These Terms do not guarantee that copyright or other exclusive rights exist in AI-generated content.

You grant Neevid and its service providers a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, transmit, modify, process, and display your submitted material and generated results only as necessary to operate, secure, support, moderate, and improve the Service, comply with law, and exercise rights granted by these Terms.

You represent that you have all rights and permissions necessary for anything you submit and that our processing of it as described here will not violate another person's rights or any law.

6. Public content and Explore

If you publish content, submit it for discovery, or use a feature that clearly identifies content as public, you grant Neevid a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, distribute, adapt for technical presentation, and promote that public content in connection with operating and marketing the Service.

You also permit other users to view public content and use available product features to create similar works, reuse disclosed prompts or settings, or link to the content. Remove content from public visibility before sharing it elsewhere if you do not want those uses, subject to retention and backup limitations described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Prohibited uses

You may not use, attempt to use, or help another person use the Service to create, upload, request, distribute, or promote content or activity that:

• Sexualizes, exploits, endangers, or depicts anyone under 18, including fictional, illustrated, or AI-generated material presented as a minor or in a minor-associated sexual setting.
• Creates or distributes non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, voyeuristic content, or sexual content involving a real person without explicit and verifiable consent.
• Impersonates or depicts a celebrity, public figure, or private individual in a deceptive, defamatory, exploitative, or rights-violating way.
• Is illegal; facilitates violence, trafficking, abuse, harassment, stalking, extortion, fraud, terrorism, illegal drugs, or other serious harm; or provides instructions designed to enable wrongdoing.
• Infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, confidentiality, or other rights.
• Contains malware, malicious code, credential theft, unauthorized surveillance, personal data intended to harm someone, or attempts to compromise accounts, systems, or networks.
• Discriminates against protected groups, exploits vulnerable people, or makes consequential decisions about employment, housing, credit, insurance, education, healthcare, law enforcement, or legal rights.
• Circumvents safety controls, rate limits, access restrictions, payment requirements, moderation decisions, or technical protections.
• Uses bots, scraping, reverse engineering, bulk extraction, or automated access without our written permission, except where applicable law does not allow the restriction.
• Misrepresents AI-generated material as authentic evidence or as a real event when doing so could deceive or harm others.

8. Credits and payments

Neevid may offer free or paid credits used to submit eligible generation tasks. Credits are a limited license to use features of the Service; they are not money, stored value, property, or transferable, and they have no cash value unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Prices, included credits, generation costs, currency, taxes, and any refund terms are shown at checkout or in the product. Payments are processed by the third-party provider identified at checkout. You authorize that provider to charge the selected amount and agree to provide accurate billing information.

A submitted task may consume or reserve credits as disclosed in the product. Failed or canceled tasks are handled according to the credit status shown by the Service and applicable law. We may correct credit balances affected by technical errors, fraud, chargebacks, or abuse.

9. Moderation and content removal

We may use automated and human review to block prompts, refuse generations, restrict public visibility, preserve evidence, remove content, suspend accounts, or report conduct when we reasonably believe it violates these Terms, provider rules, or applicable law. Moderation is not perfect, and the presence of content in the Service does not mean Neevid endorses or has approved it.

If you believe content violates your rights or these Terms, contact us with enough information to locate the content and evaluate the request. We may request identity, authority, ownership, consent, or other supporting information.

10. Availability and changes

The Service may be modified, interrupted, limited, or discontinued, including because of maintenance, provider availability, safety concerns, legal requirements, or business decisions. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, a particular model, or that any generated asset will remain downloadable indefinitely.

11. Neevid intellectual property

The Service, including its software, interfaces, design, branding, documentation, and non-user content, is owned by Neevid or its licensors and protected by applicable laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Service for its intended purpose.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access, remove content, or withhold features when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users or providers, comply with law, respond to non-payment or chargebacks, address security risks, or prevent harm.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including rights and licenses already granted, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, and dispute provisions.

13. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Neevid disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and results. We do not control or endorse user content and are not responsible for decisions you make based on generated content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neevid and its affiliates, providers, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, content, business opportunity, or use arising from or related to the Service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability arising from the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid Neevid during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim or USD 100, unless applicable law requires a different amount.

15. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Neevid and its affiliates, providers, officers, employees, and agents from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, and reasonable costs arising from your content, your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights.

16. Applicable law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Neevid operator, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where the mandatory law of your place of residence provides otherwise. Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Nothing here prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief or using a consumer remedy that cannot be waived.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, providers, law, or risk. We will post the revised Terms and update the date above. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide any additional notice required by law. Continuing to use the Service after revised Terms take effect means you accept them.
